LL Hawkins is a 6-story mixed-use project with underground parking designed to serve as the anchor development of the Con-Way blocks located in NW Portland, OR. This 114-unit housing includes a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. The building features a green roof and storm water planter exterior space accessible for enjoyment by residents.
