Hazel Dell Marketplace
JE John completed a multiple stage renovation and expansion of Hazel Dell Marketplace to bring in new tenants and revitalize the center. Scope included seven new buildings totaling 46,000 square feet of new tenant space with a mix of restaurant, retail and medical users. Detailed strategic planning and coordination was required to complete the façade improvements at the existing retail spaces while businesses remained operational.
